Your tasks :

• Elaboration of customer-specific inquiries in cooperation with our specialist departments(electrical engineering, design, production, application engineering, etc.)
• Preparation of offers for retrofits, modernisations, software updates and corresponding services as well as used machines
• Calculation and elaboration of new service products / packages
• Sales of service contracts (software, maintenance, warranty contracts)
• Support in the conception of sales strategies for service products
• Active customer advisory service as well as preparation and implementation of presentations
• Support of our national and international branches as well as the sales force
