Proposal Manager (m / f / d)

Boeing Global Services is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager (m / f / d) to join the DAS Revenue Operations Team in NeuIsenburg Germany .

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the proposal process from receipt of RFP / RFI to final submission.
• Coordinate and facilitate proposal kickoff meetings to establish objectives roles and responsibilities.
• Establish assignments monitor progress and facilitate status updates throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales technical experts security marketing and contracts to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
• Oversee preparation and review sessions to ensure all content is completed accurately and aligned with objectives.
• Play a critical role in the implementation of newly acquired RPF response software content library creation and process creation effectively rebuilding our approach to RFP response.
• Provide guidance and support to team members helping prioritize tasks mitigate risks ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications and internal standards.
• Ensure overall proposal quality by reviewing final content for compliance with RFP requirements before submission.
• Format all proposals according to client specifications and ensure all submission requirements are completed.
• Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and participating in projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
