The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is based in Germany and will be responsible for multiple strategic German customers in EV Battery Test and / or Charging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with our EV customers and X-functional Keysight teams during the post-sales phase to ensure customer satisfaction and uptime of the Keysight test systems. Responsibilities Manifestation of full strategy / vision Orchestration of customer lab operation outcome Driving effective adoption and expansion of the Keysight solutions Identification of new commercial opportunities Qualifications Good command of German language or native speaker Project management experience or background Strong organizational & communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a logical and efficient manner Flexibility to travel at short notice to address customer requests or escalations Proven track record of working successfully with customers in difficult situations Knowledge of EV business or flexibility to travel to Bochum / visit other EV customers for upskilling during the first 3 months Preferably experience & familiarity with end-to-end support & quality processes Appetit to influence and drive resolution with X-functional teams We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job.
