Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on product quality and process robustness through the application of the PPAP process.
  • Implement necessary measures to achieve parts and process maturity requirements.
  • Support supplier trials and vehicle builds to enable the maturation of interior scope parts, meeting appearance, gap and flush, and DVP / PV requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with critical suppliers and tool makers to promote best practices in their process controls and product assurance activities.
  • Work as part of a multi-functional team to support overall vehicle objectives, resolve concerns, and facilitate the Engineering Change Request process.
  • Conduct on-site supplier visits as necessary.
  • Analyze complex concerns and develop potential solutions.
  • Thrive in a culturally rich, diverse, and challenging environment while maintaining a positive outlook.

What you will bring :

  • Experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
  • Direct parts and process development is essential as is familiarity with supplier quality management from concept-through-industrialisation-to-operation.
  • Support cross-functional change management projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This role does involve travel, primarily within UK, France and EU.
