To further strengthen our team in Germany we are looking for dedicated and reliable team players who want to make a difference.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Specialist (m / w / d) Germany to join our team.

Your Responsibilities :

• Order & Supplier Management : Process and manage supplier orders ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels for the AMS program. Resolve order discrepancies and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Supplier Collaboration & Cost Optimization : Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules with suppliers while identifying cost saving opportunities and maintaining strong relationships.
• Production & Inventory Planning : Develop and maintain a master production schedule aligned with sales forecasts adjusting plans based on capacity material availability and demand fluctuations.
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination : Enter orders arrange deliveries and ensure adherence to freight terms per individual agreements.
• Quality & Compliance : Schedule and coordinate preventative / corrective actions (RCCA analysis) and ensure adherence to manufacturing and testing standards.
• Customer & Technical Support : Address routine product inquiries support technicians in work orders and manage spare inventory for rented / sold units.
• Purchasing & Documentation : Oversee procurement manage purchasing processes and ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
• Localization & Process Improvement : Support the localization of product lines in Europe and drive continuous supply chain optimization.
• Project & Demand Planning : Plan project milestones conduct postproject evaluations and collaborate with sales to translate forecasts into supply chain strategies.
