In this role you will :

Your Responsibilities
Local Branding Alignment : Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives in sync with our HR strategy and business objectives
Generate Engagement : Craft top-notch internal employee community engagement activities. This includes communications that inspire engagement, connectivity, and culture – leaving a lasting impact on our organization
Positive Image Creation : Build strong relations to universities and schools (including “Meister- und Techniker”-schools) to bolster Hitachi Energy's positive image (via career events, factory visits and local partnerships)
Future Talent : Strengthen our tactics to attract external candidates via multiple channels and keep our internal colleagues engaged in their career development with Hitachi Energy
Lead Initiatives : Drive initiatives with a focus on effective internal communications during periods of growth and change in our future. Champion employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal Human Resources and Communication teams
Analytics-Driven Impact : Measure, analyse, and fine-tune community engagement strategies for maximum engagement and impact
Execution Excellence : Ensure flawless execution across the activities, maintaining brand positioning, corporate identity, and global strategy alignment
Your Background
Experience & Education : bachelor’s or master’s degree with experience in HR-Marketing or communications, coupled with a strong interest in employer branding, content creation and digital
Market Insight : Deep understanding of business environments, market trends, and best practices in the job market
Relationship oriented : Skilful in building relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders
Creative Mindset : Proven ability to create, lead and execute campaigns to meet employee community relations and employer branding needs
Communication skills : Fluent in German and English. Great written and oral communication skills paired with great organizational abilities. Experience in content creation; copywriting, storytelling is a plus
Job mobility : We offer a hybrid set-up between remote work and presence in one of our locations (Bad Honnef, Brilon, Roigheim, Halle) and require flexibility to travel related to the different activities
