BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing (m / f)!

What will you do?

Conduct transfer pricing and tax-related projects, ranging from documentation and planning to advanced pricing agreements and audit defense files, for all types of intra-group transactions and clients;

Follow trends and developments in Luxembourg and international transfer pricing case law and practices;

Share and exchange knowledge with the other members of the transfer pricing team and with colleagues from other tax and non-tax functions, as well as with our Global Transfer Pricing Network;

Develop transfer pricing solutions and methodologies custom-made for the needs of our clients;

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, risk management and KYC;

Play an active role in the preparation of internal and external trainings and seminars, articles and newsletters;

Identify and actively pursue opportunities to support the further development of the practice, together with the leaders;

Supervise, train and support the transfer pricing team;

Assist the leaders in managing the practice.

This offer is for you if :

You are a strong tax specialist with minimum 6 years full-time experience in transfer pricing and at least 1 year experience in Luxembourg;

You have experience and strong knowledge in transfer pricing for the financial services industry;

You have proven project management and people management skills and you have applied these skills already in a developed transfer pricing environment;

With a structured and analytical approach, you are able to understand the needs of our clients and to solve their often-complex technical problems;

You have an entrepreneurial and growth mindset;

Clients appreciate your pro-active and solution-driven approach;

You have demonstrated already that you are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders;

You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Tax law, Corporate Finance or Finance and Accounting;

You are fluent in English and have a good level in French.
