Summary

We are looking for an International Compliance Officer (f / m / d) for the Compliance department in Taufkirchen or Ulm as soon as possible.

The Compliance department is responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards of integrity and ethical business conduct. Our company is subject to a range of compliance requirements in all countries in which it operates or sells its products.

Your Tasks

Supporting our operational business units as part of our riskbased compliance management system

Carrying out business partner / due diligence audits in particular with regard to and money launderingrelated tasks

Collaboration in the evaluation and management of compliance risks contract audits the followup of compliance violations and reports from the whistleblower system

Continuous development and followup of preventive processes and measures to ensure ethics and compliance guidelines and due diligence within the companys supply chain preparation and implementation of compliance training and information events

Close and trusting cooperation with managers and experts from other specialist departments and operational business units within our international group of companies

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of law / economics or comparable

Several years of professional experience in the areas of law finance program and project management and business compliance

Experience of working on projects in an international and interdisciplinary environment

Good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations

Good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint

Good problemsolving skills and strong communication skills

Negotiating skills and a confident convincing and competent manner

Business fluent in German and English knowledge of French advantageous
