To get closer to our goal we are looking for a :

Coordinator for Food Safety and Certifications Compliance (w / m / d)

Part-time 24-28 hours

Tasks

• collaborate in the development and maintenance of documentation for certifications (e.g. ISO 22000 FSSC 22000) and HACCP compliance
• support the implementation of food safety quality requirements and corrective actions in line with internal standards and external regulations
• perform food safety related risk assessments gap assessments and validations
• assist in planning conducting and documenting internal audits in collaboration with the department Head
• maintain up-to-date procedures work instructions SOPs and quality manuals for all relevant departments
• train staff in documentation procedures and ensure compliance with document control policies
• maintain document history (version control) and access rights for all quality-related documents

• support ongoing improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying opportunities for standardization and simplification
• assist in the QA lab with daily lab tasks during vacations
