What will you be doing?
To act as one of the main interfaces between customers and various Navarino departments, in conjunction with 3 other internal interfaces- Account Managers, Project Managers and Aftersales Support. The overall goal is to simplify customer’s communication with Navarino, faster response times, optimizing order executions and creating more efficient internal communication.
- Acting as the first line of support for customer queries
- Preparation of Customer and / or order forms and circulation with rest of departments
- Fill in the End Customer offers
- Assisting collections by notifying them of any ongoing cases that may be affecting payments by customers
- Following up and making sure all customers have the necessary documentation for orders
- Investigating and resolving cases or escalating such cases when necessary
- Providing data and reports to sales team and customers
The role is on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
