Our client is an innovative biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of novel oncology therapeutics. A dedicated team of scientists, specialists, researchers and developers are working to improve the lives of cancer patients through the development of first-in-class therapeutics.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) Solid Tumors to join their growing oncology business. in Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Sell products to potential and existing customers to meet sales targets in assigned territory
- Develop business plans for key accounts; routinely analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, including hospital decision makers
- Provide post-sales support, handle complaints and collaborate with other teams to develop effective solutions
- Plan, prioritize and track sales activities using CRM; monitor and update sales forecasts
- Participate in mandatory quality and compliance training; adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the business and customers
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
