Job Description

Position Description

  • Erstellung und Pflege von sicherheitsrelevanten Dokumentationen und Berichten für interne und externe Stellen sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an internen Funktionsträger.
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Sicherheitsrisiken von IT (Sicherheits-) Architekturen, Systemen und Informationen.
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse durch Überprüfung auf Schwachstellen und potenzielle Bedrohungen in der (IT-) Organisation.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie behördlichen Vertretern und externen Partnern, um sicherheitsrelevante Informationen auszutauschen und zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen (m / w / d) neue ITSicherheitslösungen zu erarbeiten.
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu sicherheitsrelevanten Themen und Sensibilisierung für den sicheren Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen und technischen Anlagen.
  • Preparation and maintenance of safety-relevant documentation and reports for internal and external bodies as well as regular reporting to internal officials.
  • Identification, analysis and assessment of security risks of IT (security) architectures, systems and information.
  • Conducting security audits and continuously improving processes by checking for vulnerabilities and potential threats in the (IT) organization.
  • Collaborate with internal departments as well as government representatives and external partners to share security-related information and work with your teammates to develop new IT security solutions.
  • Training of employees on security-related topics and sensitization for the safe handling of sensitive information and technical systems.

Essential Skills

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium in IT-Security Wirtschaftsinformatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen bzw verfügen über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Umfeld insbesondere im IT-Security oder IT-Governance & Compliance Umfeld mit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bewertung von ITSicherheitskonzepten. Gute Kenntnisse in einem stark durch Sicherheit geprägten Unternehmen sowie im BSI ITGrundschutz sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrung bei der Auditierung einer komplexen IT-Landschaft sammeln.
  • Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen ermöglicht es Ihnen Sicherheitsrisiken zu identifizieren und zu bewerten sowie geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Neben einem starken Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie sich ebenso durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln aus.
  • You have successfully completed your studies in IT Security Business Informatics or have comparable training with relevant professional experience.
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the IT environment, especially in IT security or IT governance & compliance.
  • You have experience in the creation and evaluation of IT security concepts. Good knowledge of a company that is strongly influenced by security as well as BSI IT protection is an advantage.
  • You have already gained initial experience in auditing a complex IT landscape.
  • Your analytical thinking skills enable you to identify and assess security risks as well as develop and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • In addition to a strong sense of responsibility, you are also characterized by your strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way.
