Your mission

As Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on driving B2B growth in Munich and Berlin. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience of office managers, HR professionals, and workplace experience managers.

You will mainly be focusing on :

• Own the end-to-end content strategy for both our B2B and B2C segments across Munich and Berlin
• Create and optimize high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Develop and manage the content calendar for all marketing channels
• Design and implement lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot
• Create compelling event marketing materials and campaign assets
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement content
• Manage our bilingual content strategy (German and English)
• Track and report on content performance metrics
• Optimize content based on data insights and market feedback
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all channels
