We’re now looking for a talented and enthusiastic community & Marketing Manager- Netherlands to spearhead our expansion efforts and establish a strong footprint across Europe. Join us to make a real impact and be a part of our mission to disrupt the food industry! Tasks YOUR TASKS : Be the Voice of the Customer : Get to know our community inside and out. You’ll connect with people in our Facebook groups and other channels, fostering relationships and understanding their needs. Localization : Adapt marketing campaigns for the local market. This includes translating and localizing emails, social media content, ads, and other marketing materials to resonate with the local audience. Coordination & Timing : Work closely with the Country Lead to align launches and marketing campaigns with our home market in Germany, ensuring smooth execution and consistency. Content Creation & UGC Sourcing : Source user-generated content (UGC) and create content for paid and organic social media channels. This might even involve grabbing a camera and shooting content yourself. Social Media Setup : Establish and grow our local social media presence while ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Content Localization : Proven ability to adapt global marketing materials (emails, social media, ads) for local audiences with a keen eye for detail while maintaining brand consistency. Community Engagement : Skilled in building online communities, engaging with customers, and fostering brand loyalty. Social Media Expertise : 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, driving engagement, and executing localized campaigns. ️ Exceptional Communication Skills : Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. Content Creation : Hands-on experience with creating and editing visual content (photos, videos) and sourcing UGC for paid and organic use. ️ Organizational Excellence : Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
