Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
What you do
Working within the Corporate & Professional Services Recruitment Team and reporting to the Corporate & Professional Services Recruitment Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local and regional leaders to oversee, manage and facilitate the recruitment of professional positions location and across the region.
As the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our leaders to understand their current and future needs. You will partner with them to develop detailed success profiles and job requirements in order to attract / target candidates to the vacancies which could be located locally and / or across the region.
You will provide your market knowledge on the best sourcing strategy and assist managers by screening for fit and providing recommendations of candidates to support with nomination of candidates and provide a true partnership and efficient process..
Additionally you will be responsible for
- creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer / onboarding
- building and maintaining pipeline for passive or unsuccessful candidates
- work to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs.
- act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the to hiring managers and respective HR community
- develop and deploy a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building of university relationships and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities
- working to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs
