IMPACT

A successful Digital transformation will be key to ensure strong business in the future for Haleon; This position plays a key role in the transformation of our business, whilst helping the organisation step by step to becoming digital first. Ensuring a seamless and best in class consumer experience along the consumer journey, will be a key differentiation factor versus competition. As a result, the way how we communicate to and target our consumers, will be a key driver of future business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide cross-functional teams including Brand Teams and agencies to develop and / or adapt content for paid activations across the major platforms and formats (video, display, audio, creator / influencer, etc.)
• Own and monitor content of all brand campaigns during the year / Oversee content set-up for campaigns in terms of placements and variety
• Own content Test & Learn agenda and execution of experiments to inform best practice and future campaigns
• Partner with Google, Meta and Amazon Ads to develop, maintain and implement platform specific content best practices and content strategy
• Team up with owned content manager to ensure consistency across all platforms and assets
• Co-manage production, creative and media agencies and support adoption of asset management systems
• Agile) Project Management via Jira for media campaigns and content creation, standardization of workflows
• Governance of paid activation content
• Upskill organization via best practice, hands-on support and presentations
• Digital SPOC for production agency
