What you'll be doing :

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Avon's social media presence, executing PR campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty and personal care industries.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports Avon's overall marketing goals and objectives
• Manage Avon's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and create and curate engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner and monitor social media metrics to ensure the success of our social media campaigns
• Monitor and analyze media coverage of Avon and the beauty and personal care industries, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and PR initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new tactics and strategies as needed
• Maintain relationship with Beauty Ambassador Program and include into social Media Strategy
• RobustlyunderstandGlobal / Regionalavailablecontent,feed in localrequirementsandinfluence contentdevelopedtomeet German needs
• Manageexternalagenciestoproducelocallyoriginatedcontent
• Create strategy and content for the SOME channels
• Monitor and increase followers of SOME
• Plan and execute the promotion of new products in SOME
