Military Construction Program Manager
Key Role :
Provide planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military posture construction program. Track, monitor, and document the overall posture construction program, including advanced planning, design, and execution for Military Construction (MILCON) and unspecified minor military construction (UMMC) projects. Develop work and design instructions for detailed technical requirements to prepare facility designs. Maintain responsibility for developing, managing, monitoring, and reporting various programmatic documents and tasks. Provide Senior Leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks. Use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope.
Basic Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience working on military construction projects
- 5+ years of experience with program management
- 3+ years of experience working in Europe
- Experience with developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
