Finance Business Partner
m / f / d) . Please note that the contract is fixed to 24 months.
Role & Responsibility :
- Supporting organization in project execution of contracts with customers, regional companies, partners, and other Siemens entities.
- Having responsibility for commercial / finance-related matters, including handling accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, bank guarantees and insurance – supported by internal resources and tools.
- Ensuring the accuracy of costs and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g., SAP.
- Supporting monthly project forecasting activities and conduct follow-ups of project results.
- Supporting project management with monthly project reporting.
- Responsibility for monthly revenue recognition, contractual invoicing and cash collection.
- Assisting Forecast and Budget related tasks, supporting Business Management.
- Preparing various project reports and analyses.
- Preparing business reviews and analysis of monthly results to the management
- Ensuring the alignment of all financial activities with the internal control system, contact for internal and external audits.
- Driving new initiatives such as reporting automation and constant change within the team and beyond.
- Participation in the optimization of commercial processes, improvement of data quality in order to increase the degree of digitization and automation.
