Project / Subproject Manager for EO Payloads & Missions (m / f / d)

Your Tasks

• Establishment, supervision, development, and technical leadership of the project team to ensure appropriate team performance
• Holding regular project meetings
• Interface and responsible person towards the program manager, customers, suppliers
• Regular reporting on the status of the project / sub-project with all relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring and controlling the technical progress, schedule, cost, and quality of the project
• Responsibility for accurate and timely resource planning for the project in collaboration with the project manager, department and team leaders and HR Business Partner
• Definition of the project / sub-project schedule and definition and implementation of the budget allocation for the project / sub-project
• Implementation of the OHB risk management process in the project and performance of regular risk assessments within the project team, implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Definition / Establishment of work orders for the operational units
• Supporting the project team with operational tasks as required
