Horizn StudiosOranienburg; DEGeneral Description In your role as Store Manager (m / f / d) you will be responsible for leading our flagship store in Berlin. You will ensure an excellent customer experience and an optimal product presentation as well as the achievements of sales targets. In addition to actively advising customers, you will primarily establish smooth operations, a motivated team, and uncover potential for improvement. Your Role Take over the entire management of our flagship store. Take responsibility for the customer’s experience, product presentation, sales and the representation of Horizn’s brand values. Manage a team of sales advisors and encourage and motivate them through your communicative, collaborative and open management style at eye level. Help us grow the team in the future. Be responsible for any administrative tasks (personnel deployment, vacation planning, preparation and provision of key figures). Welcome our customers and advise them with your exceptionally competent, open-minded and positive manner. Inspire our customers : show them how our products will make their journeys adventurous and seamless. Provide customers’ feedback regarding product and service and help us to constantly improve our products and customer’s experience. Organise the inventory management. Your work has an immediate effect on Horizn’s success and you are keen to take ownership for that. Be part of a self-organised and agile environment. Your Skills and Experience You have 2+ years of experience in leading small teams within the premium retail or hospitality sector. You have experience dealing with products or services requiring intensive consultation. You are talented at building long-lasting customer relationships, acquiring and retaining customers by identifying their needs and wishes and thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You have solid experience in working towards sales targets and you challenge yourself on a daily basis to increase your sales. You value maintaining high visual merchandise standards and work reliably in an organised and structured manner.You have an outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales driven personality. You have experience with administrative tasks and know how to organise your work efficiently. Experience with Shiftbase is an advantage (software for planning work shifts and time recording). You are passionate about travelling, smart products, fashion, design and sustainability. You have experience working in an international working environment and speak English and German fluently.
