Meraki Talent are working with a  Big 4  company to recruit  Transaction Services Senior Manager.  This is a new opportunity arising with a brand new Deals team that is getting set up in a  central German location.

This team focuses on mid to large CAP transactions, and a variety of PE and corporate clientele. Clientele is sector agnostic, but the team does not work on any banking clientele. The split between PE and corporate clients fluctuates throughout the year, and you will get to gain experience in both. The team works on a number of cross-border engagements.

The team is looking to grow by further 8 people in the next year, including new colleagues from Junior to Senior Manager level.

The team is welcoming to international colleagues, and everyone speaks fluent English, however, as majority of the engagements and clientele include at least one German party, willingness to learn German and become fully fluent in due course is a must.

About 90-95% of the documents are written in English, however, many clients prefer discussing matters in German.

Requirements :

• 6+ years of relevant experience in mid-top tier consultancy environment
• Strong experience of Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services
• cross-border deal experience, both buy and sell side
• 2+ years on managerial level
• Full fluency in English
• At least intermediate (B1-B2) German and willingness to become fluent in due course of employment to be able to work with local clients
• Must be committed and motivated to stay in Germany in long-term
• Non-FS portfolio of clients
