My client, an international world known law firm in the heart of Düsseldorf are searching a Receptionist and Conference Coordinator.

Full-time, Permanent.

Tasks

  • Point of contact for (international) clients, guests, and employees.
  • Handling correspondence both by phone and in writing in German and English.
  • Planning, organising, and professionally managing meetings and events
  • Coordinating package and courier services as well as processing invoices.
  • You are responsible for your duties within our shift system, working regulated hours between 7 : 30 AM and 7 : 00 PM.

Requirements

  • Hotelfachkauffrau-mann education
  • A strong service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Solid MS Office skills (ideally Office 365).
  • Team player with excellent manners and an eye for the essentials
  • Discretion and loyalty
