Metagon is a performance marketing powerhouse that builds brands scales eCommerce stores and delivers highconverting campaigns through a combination of elite content production and AI automation. We work with bold ambitious companies ready to dominate their space and now were looking for a fast detailobsessed designer whos as strategic as they are creative.

If you thrive in fastpaced environments love building landing pages that actually convert and want to be part of a highperforming marketing ecosystem this is your chance.

Tasks

You will be responsible for designing ad creatives landing pages and visual assets that drive performance. Your daily tasks will include :

  • Designing highconverting landing pages in Figma and Replo
  • Creating ad creatives optimized for Meta Google and TikTok
  • Building visual assets for email marketing paid social and web
  • Iterating on visual concepts based on data and performance feedback
  • Collaborating with marketers copywriters and video editors to align creative direction
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing or eCommerce design

  • Excellent skills in Figma Photoshop Illustrator and optionally Replo
  • Strong understanding of conversion psychology and direct response design
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while following clear performance KPIs
  • Bonus : experience with motion design or After Effects
