We are seeking a Management Supervisor (m / f / d) to join our client service team in Frankfurt.The client services team is central to the agency’s delivery of campaigns and projects for our clients. The Management Supervisor has direct responsibility for the clients and as such is the face of MRM, supporting a client team on a day-to-day basis as well as in strategy and development of their business success.

Role

The MS will be a key client contact, managing and supporting on the client’s strategy development, creative, data and general client management. Whilst day-to-day delivery is key, they also will be involved in bigger strategic projects and financial management and reporting. They will have responsibility, empowerment and support and there is room to progress.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial and financial :

• Develop good relationships with junior and mid-level clients whilst supporting your senior team in driving revenue growth on the account
• Be alert to business opportunities and work with your Business Director, Senior team members to help leverage those opportunities
• Develop and present cost estimates as formal budgets to the client, ensuring that costs are managed and budgets adhered to
• Work with your Business Director to ensure compliance with all company and network financial and legal processes as well as reporting procedures
• Act as the core client contact for all project queries including timing plans, budgets and creative work
• Account and Project Organization and Management
