Department Description

Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal, and we perform a wide range of tasks including maintaining our intranet platform, social media, and creating all sorts of communication-related pieces. Our team is very international and we work closely together with colleagues in India, Mauritius, Romania, and across several other European locations. We are passionate about innovative and creative ways of communicating using multiple different media formats to create impact. If you are a committed team-player, energetic, flexible, communicative, dedicated to a new challenge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we are looking forward to receiving your application!

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting in the planning and creation of creative media formats for internal and external communications (e.g., on Social Media channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Graphic design support
• Video production / editing support
• Podcast production / editing support
• Ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and audience preferences
• Cooperating with different departments and international project teams.
• Preparing newsletters / other communications materials.
• Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups.
