What you'll be doing:

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive communication plans that convey our brand, product, and innovation stories to all audiences. The goal is to build brand awareness and support the German market in achieving business results.​

Key responsibilities:

​Responsible for developing and implementing proactive and reactive communications plans across allelements of the Communications mix including: ​​

• Partnering with business stakeholders to agree key message delivery to all Avon audiences,including, Representatives, Field teams, associates, press and Avon communities​

• Primarily responsible for delivering the day-to-day communications rhythm and rigour for our field audiences including channel management (email, social channels, face to face channels), ensuringconsistent message delivery​

• Developing and delivering local internal communications plans to drive positive associateengagement​

• Planning and delivering in-market PR plans in partnership with local and global marketingcolleagues.This includes partnering with external agencies to build the strategy, identify relevantmedia opportunities, partnerships and influencer opportunities​

• In addition to the core responsibilities, this role will also support general communications initiativesand projects, includingorganisationalannouncements, meeting and event content and support andother ad hoc requests​

• Gaining regular feedback and insight from audiences to ensure continuous communicationsimprovement​

• To be commercially savvy in using communications opportunities to support business growth

Experience & Skills Required # EmbraceYourPower ​​​

• You have a passion for marketing and communication and want to make adifference.​

• You have 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and project management, includingwork as a student assistant or throughinternships.​

• You have successfully completed a degree focusing on marketing and communication or acomparablequalification.​

• You are skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)​

• You have a digital mindset, with social media and email skills, ideally including experience withEloqua.​

• Affinity for the writing of creative and precisely formulated texts, as well as the ability to preparecomplex content in an easily understandable, creative and target-group-orientedmanner.​

• You enjoy giving presentations and communicatingeffectively.​

• You possess excellent language skills, with native-level German and strong English proficiency, bothspoken andwritten.​

• You maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and excel at influencing and managingstakeholders.
