Elements of this role

Main responsibilities :

• The timely monthly closing, in coordination with Brazil Shared Service.
• The correctness of the Manual Journal Entries(approvals).
• The compliance with the memorandum concerning relevant transactions.
• The compliance with the applicable international (IFRS) and local GAAP`s (German GAAP).
• The compliance with the applicable Internal and SOX controls.
• High level of communication with internal and external auditors and Brazil Shared Service.
• Monitoring the booking of relevant transactions, according to defined in the applicable memorandum.
• Monitoring the trial balance to detect not expected movement, monthly Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations including the preparation of reviews for the management.
• Preparation of Bridge file between IFRS and German GAAP and German GAAP annual Report.
• Delivery of the information required by the external auditors (PBC) and internal areas.
• Support Tax Team with deliverables related to Tax fillings, monthly tax postings and Tax audit.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
