We are looking for the Senior CRM Manager  (m / f / d) who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of MAGIX's CRM strategy to maximise revenue and profit through effective execution.  As part of our customer-centric CRM team, you will also assist with the delivery and analysis of multi-channel campaigns (email, newsfeed and more) across all different products and markets.

What you will do :

  • Develop and continuously improve the CRM roadmap with senior CRM management
  • Drive database growth initiatives and partner with other relevant teams such as Martech, Data or Product Marketing
  • Scope and lead the implementation of new customer communication channels and improvements to existing ones
  • Develop and implement data-driven customer journeys across the various stages of the user lifecycle
  • Implement A / B testing strategies with the data and martech team
  • Perform in-depth performance analysis for relevant customer segments and campaigns
  • Scope and implement personalisation strategies for MAGIX within CRM
  • Ensure that our customers receive the right message at the right time in the right communication channel

What we are looking for :

  • You have relevant experience in using CRM platforms such as Emarsys or Salesforce (CDP is a plus)
  • You are able to analyse data (SQL is a plus) and make recommendations based on the analysed data
  • Focused on customer centricity with an eye on business metrics such as revenue and profit
  • Able to communicate your own strategy and vision to stakeholders
  • Can-do mentality
  • KPI driven and analytical problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English is a must, German a nice to have)
