These are our current challenges and future goals :

We are looking for a datadriven and resultsoriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager SEA to actively drive our growth. Until now weve relied on a marketing agency to ensure continuous and uptodate management of our search channels. But now were bringing this critical role inhouse and this is where you come in!

Youll ensure the execution of all SEA initiatives. Working closely with our performance marketing team and agency youll seamlessly integrate these efforts into our overall search strategy. Together well ensure Glow25 achieves optimal results across all SEA channels reaching customers precisely when and where they search for our products.

This is where we need your support :

  • Developing and Implementing SEA Strategies : You design and optimize SEA strategies across all relevant channels including budget planning and management with the goal of maximizing ROAS and achieving performance KPIs.
  • Performance Optimization : Youll continuously analyze campaign performance identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven enhancements. Through A / B testing youll optimize ad creatives copy and landing pages for maximum efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting : You are creating detailed reports that provide stakeholders with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Keeping a close eye on key KPIs for both upper and lower funnel performance youll drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination : Youll work closely with internal teams such as Content Design Data Analytics and Product Management to optimize the customer journey. Youll also further develop and integrate our advertorial and multipage strategies into the SEA setup ensuring smooth collaboration with the Paid Social team.
  • Agency Management : You lead and coordinate our external agency ensuring efficiency and setting clear priorities to meet our goals.

You have the following experience :

  • Extensive SEA Management Experience : Proven track record in planning executing and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Analytical Expertise : You excel at datadriven marketing analyzing performance data and optimizing CVR ROAS and CPC to ensure successful SEA campaigns.
  • Crisis Management and Problem Solving : Experience in troubleshooting campaign issues such as underperformance or policy violations with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach.
  • Adaptability : You thrive in a dynamic environment quickly adjusting campaigns based on performance data and shifting priorities.
  • Communication : Your clear communication and project management skills enable you to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Qualification :
  • Education : Training or degree in Marketing Business or Sales (preferred).

  • Experience : 34 years of experience in online / performance marketing with a focus on SEA.
