Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a local commercial and operations team. In close collaboration with the Manager Sales Automotive, you will drive the sales performance of the Solution Center in Paint Applications in Germany, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives. In line with the Global Solution Center Strategy, you will create an effective operations strategy and cost-efficient execution setup. You will lead and coordinate the local team to meet ambitious targets, drive technology, and exceed customer expectations. The work model for the role is : Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Friedberg. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Managing commercial and operational success, ensuring business growth, market share expansion, and achievement of performance objectives.
- Developing and executing business strategies, go-to-market models, and customer-focused operations while ensuring financial and non-financial targets.
- Leading the German paint team, fostering collaboration with European and global teams, and identifying new business opportunities in close cooperation with Sales, including projects related to robotic paint and sealing applications.
- Coordinating internal teams across proposal management, process engineering, sealing application, and quality standards while ensuring seamless project execution.
- Overseeing contract negotiations, risk management, and operational efficiencies to ensure smooth project execution and strong customer relationships.
- Driving best practices, training, and organizational development to strengthen the team and optimize project outcomes.
