Role Overview

Join a global medicinal cannabis company based in Berlin as the Quality Manager to lead all site Quality distribution operations. In this pivotal full-time, on-site role, you will spearhead the quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of compliance within a dynamic and forward-thinking business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows :

1. Manage the Quality Assurance Compliance process, capturing all GDP activities on site.

2. Lead root cause analysis leading to process improvements in the business.

3. Lead the QA team, setting the work program and monitoring their performances.

4. Maintain a system for managing oversight of the supplier assurance systems and assist with supplier assurance activities.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history :

1. Extensive experience within Quality Assurance within a distribution environment.

2. Proven experience within the medicinal cannabis sector.

3. Must be an English and German speaker.
