Manager Corporate – Belgian Border, Quality Oriented Fiduciary

We are currently assisting this human-sized fiduciary that was created many years ago, in its search for a Manager Corporate as part of its continuous growth.

This fiduciary is located in a beautiful building near the Belgian border, making it easy for you to take the car and park in your dedicated parking spot, and facilitate your daily commute. Furthermore, since its creation, the fiduciary has experienced quite an impressive growth while keeping a “human” approach towards its clients and employees.

Indeed, the fiduciary has been able to develop a very stable client base throughout the years which is mainly composed of Soparfi / Holdings, SPV and securitization vehicles. It is important for the fiduciary to ensure a comfortable workload for everyone, which is why they are recruiting a Manager Corporate in the context of their growth, and not for a replacement.

With a very stable team in which numerous members have been employed for years, you are sure to take over the management of a tight-knit group of corporate officers. As the fiduciary cares about maintaining these strong personal connections internally, they are looking for a Manager that will share the same strong values as them.

Your Responsibilities | Manager Corporate – Fiduciary – PFS – Legal - Corporate

  • You are in charge of managing a team of corporate officers and being their first point of contact in case they have questions.
  • You assist the team with client onboardings, allocating the tasks in close collaboration with the Director and you participate in the recruitment of future team members.
  • You will also manage your own portfolio, from the constitution to the liquidation, although this portfolio will be small to make sure you have sufficient time for your other tasks.

Profile and Career Path | Manager Corporate – Fiduciary – PFS – Legal - Corporate

  • For at least 6 years now, you have been working in the corporate / legal field in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg. If you have more experience, for example 10, 15 or 20 years, we of course also invite you to apply. We are also looking for someone with a stable career path .
  • You are familiar with, and fully autonomous on, the management of entities such as Soparfis, SPVs, Securitization vehicles.
  • You have no problem communicating easily in both French and English . Although English is the main language spoken with clients, you will primarily speak French with your colleagues and team members.
  • You are a proactive person and the people surrounding you can always count on you .
