The Vestas Service Offshore organization is responsible for all activities in relation to the operation and maintenance of offshore windfarms in Northern and Central Europe. We currently have more than 4 GW under service contracts and we are continuously growing our pipeline and organization.

You will become part of an exciting journey of being the first ones taking care of the newest and biggest generation of Vestas offshore wind turbines, the V-236. You will become part of the new SOV based team for the He Dreiht wind farm, consisting of 64x V-236 15 MW with a total capacity of 960MW, in the German North Sea.

Your main tasks :

• Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to Service Manager and Offshore site team
• Carry out the turbine related administration duties related to the daily operations of the windfarm, including
• Customer meetings
• Submission of reports
• Data handling and documentation
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
• Coordinate training plan
• Coordinate assignments together with internal stakeholders and the Service Manager
• Liasing with local Suppliers as relevant e.g. cleaning company, security, waste management company
• Creating and maintaining Site handbook
