Hays LuxembourgRalingen, DEOur client, an international industrial company, is looking for an ADV / Customer service representative - permanent contract.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you are in daily contact with the other departments (production, transport, finance, etc.) in order to respond as effectively as possible to the requests made.
You are responsible for managing orders from A to Z : from receipt to delivery to the end customer.
You provide overall support for the commercial activity and ensure the proper execution of sales and purchase orders. You manage customer satisfaction by issuing and reviewing associated documents / instructions and managing delivery planning and execution of incoming and outgoing goods.
In order to succeed in the role, you have a minimum of a bachelor in supply chain or international trade. You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken - French is considered an advantage.
You have worked with the office pack and an ERP (SAP).
