Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). What your day will look like
This role is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a major migration project with a leading software company. As you contribute to customer success and project excellence, you will have the potential to grow into more senior roles within the Professional Services department.
- Client Ownership & Satisfaction : Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement : Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
- Project Development & Support : Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
- Solution Configuration & Delivery : Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Long-term Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
- Project Management : Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.
