CLAIMS & CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE M / W
You have a strong experience in health insurance, especially of the French market ?
You have good medical understanding ?
You are fluent in English and French ?
In this role, you will report to a team leader within the Claims department and focus on providing exceptional support and accurate information to individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming calls from clients, brokers, partners, or providers, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Make follow-up calls and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Respond to inquiries, collaborating with other departments when needed to ensure efficient service.
Adhere to department service standards and turnaround times.
Acquire in-depth product knowledge and participate in medical training.
Requirements
Your Profile :
- At least 5 years of experience in international health insurance, particularly in the French market.
- Strong customer service skills and medical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally.
- Positive attitude, client-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Integrity, teamwork, and high-quality performance are essential.
