YOUR TASKS

  • Work within a team of experienced sales & customer success experts to build long-term relationships with our customers
  • Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of drones in the field
  • Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day drone operation tasks
  • Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify cause of issues
  • Work closely with the technical operations and support team to ensure a successful customer journey
  • Demonstrate ER Software & different aerial robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
  • Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline
  • Attend & lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress
  • Address all topics related to drone regulations, including the features our product provides to support BVLOS operations for customers.
  • Perform live drone flight demos at customer sites and remotely to showcase the capabilities of our product.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical background (education or professional experience in IT / Science / Engineering)
  • Technical knowledge and a strong understanding of current technologies
  • Natural communication and people skills, remotely and in person : you will be interacting with people as much as robots
  • Enjoys engaging with customers and assisting them in navigating complex systems
  • Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology
  • Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
  • First experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments (e.g. internships)
  • Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly

    • ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the robotic industry
  • Experience with ROS, Docker, Grafana
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience analyzing Linux Log files (journald, syslog)
  • Nice to have : Experience working with drones, A2 Pilot License, Basic Scripting / Programming experience, some familiarity with drone regulations (but it's not essential if you don't have this)
  • German language skills, as well as any other language, are an advantage
