- Team management.
- Daily operations tasks.
- Coordinate with the Operations team in other locations to ensure seamless support for European activities.
- Support the on-boarding process for European customers.
- Manage customer communication.
- Perform and ensure all operational tasks related to European customers are done in a timely manner.
- Identify and escalate issues reported by or related to European customers.
- Manage the customer relationships with all customers for European operations.
- Help customers get the most value out of the service.
- Support in projects by providing an operations specialist’s point of view.
- expertise.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations within the financial, fintech, or crypto sector.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Knowledge of procedure writing and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SQL is a plus.
- Fluent English required; French is essential, German is an asset.
- Strong interest in the crypto / blockchain industry is highly appreciated.
