Role description :
Strategic CSM role focused on Enterprise clients (portfolio 40 accounts)
Responsible for client relationship upsell & crosssell and closing deals
No onboarding responsibilities separate team handles this
Expected to contribute to account growth revenue increase and product presentation
Quarterly targets opportunity to travel (e.g. to Paris)
Role includes mentorship and shaping of CS strategy

Willingness to come to the office (if based in Berlin)
Salary range & secondary benefits :
65K68K fixed 13K uncapped bonus
Bonus measured quarterly based on upsell / crosssell churn and targets
