Zur Vervollständigung unseres  neuen  Customer Success-Teams suchen wir  Customer Success Manager / Inside  Sales Orthodontics (m / w / x).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aktive Identifizierung und telefonische Anwerbung von Neukunden (Zahnärztliche- und kieferorthopädische Praxen) im Bereich Aligner-Therapie im von Ihnen unterstützten Vertriebsgebiet
• Nachverfolgung von Leads aus dem Sales-Team und durch Marketingkampagnen oder Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
• Eigenständige Begleitung von Zahnärzt
• innen / Praxismanagement / ZFA / Zahntechniker
• innen bei den ersten Schritten der Produktanwendung per Video- oder Telefonanruf
• Follow-up der Kund
• innen im Gebiet in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Produktmanagementteam
• Unterstützung der Kunden bei Anwendungsfragen
• Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierung
• Dokumentation der Aktivitäten in unserem CRM-System
• Erlernen und permanentes weiterentwickeln von Produkt Knowhow im Bereich Orthodontics
