Responsibilities :

Help shape the digital future at our site in Wertheim!

Do you enjoy supporting employees with IT problems in their day-to-day work and promoting new digital solutions?

Then join our IT team in Wertheim and to ensure smooth operations, from infrastructure and end devices to user training.

As part of a team, you are responsible for IT end-user support and the IT infrastructure at our production site in Wertheim.

You conduct training courses to strengthen the digital skills of our employees and promote the use of new technologies.

As the first point of contact for IT service requests, you find meaningful, practical solutions.

You ensure high system availability and support global IT projects together with the 2nd level support teams.

You are responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of end devices (PCs, mobile devices, printers) and coordinate external service providers.

You comply with IT security and compliance standards in accordance with FHCS and Freudenberg specifications.

Qualifications :

Completed training (e.g., IT Specialist in System Administration, IT Business Administrator), degree in (business) informatics or comparable.

Practical professional experience in IT support.

Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT service management processes.

Ideally, knowledge of project management and creating presentations.

Strong communication skills and enjoy working service-oriented with IT users.

Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
