Die Rolle :

Deine Aufgabe ist die Bearbeitung der Kundenhotline für unser Softwareprodukt FILAKS.PLUS. Unsere Customer Support Specialists spielen eine entscheidende Rolle im Kundenservice, da sie direkten Kontakt zu den Kunden haben und helfen, Probleme zu lösen oder Fragen zu beantworten.

Hauptaufgaben :

Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zum Betrieb von FILAKS.PLUS
Fehleranalyse und -behebung
Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams Entwicklung, Consulting, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb
Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im ERP-System
Erstellung von Handlungs- und Verfahrensanweisungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Key Accounts und institutionellen Kunden
Überwachung der internen Hotline-Prozesse und Steigerung der Support-Effizienz
Aktive Teilnahme an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von FILAKS.PLUS

Über Dich :

Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und / oder in der IT – oder in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten, vorzugsweise im administrativen oder IT-Bereich eines Autohauses

Fähigkeit, sich mit einem komplexen Softwareprodukt vertraut zu machen

Wünschenswert : Datenbankerfahrung (MS-SQL)

Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln

Ausgezeichnete mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Empathisch, geduldig und belastbar

Effiziente und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Freicon are looking for a qualified Customer Support Specialist for our full-time customer service (m / f / d).

About Company :

Freicon Software GmbH, part of Valsoft Corporation provides dealer management systems addressing the need to effectively handle all operational processes in the car, commercial vehicle and caravan business. This includes customer service, warehouse processing and automotive sales using a simple online communication tool.

The Role :

Your task is to work on the customer hotline for our software product FILAKS. PLUS. Our hotline agents play a crucial role in customer service, as they have direct contact with customers and help solve problems or answer questions.

Key Responsibilities :

Answering customer inquiries about the operation of FILAKS. PLUS

Error analysis and correction

Collaboratio n with the other teams Development, Consulting, Product Management and Sales

Documentation and proces sing of inquiries in the ERP system

Preparation of action and process instructions

Cooperation with key accounts and institutional clients

Monitoring of internal hotline processes and increasing support efficiency

Active participation in the continuous improvement of FILAKS. PLUS

About You :

Training in the commercial sector and / or in IT – or in comparable activities, preferably in the administrative or IT area of a car dealership

Ability to familiarize yourself with a complex software product

Desirable : Database experience (MS-SQL)

Ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions

Excellent oral communication skills

Empathetic, patient and resilient

Efficient and independent way of working

Good ability to work in a team

Fluent in German and English

Legally authorized to work in Germany
