Job Summary :
As a Customer Support Representative - German Speaker , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to our clients through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone. - Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, compliance) to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
- Market Awareness : Stay informed about cryptocurrency trends and updates to better assist customers.
- Compliance Support : Assist customers with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
