We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an On-Site VIP Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will work directly on the customer’s premises, providing exceptional technical assistance and support to VIP individuals in their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals’ Wi-Fi connectivity issues and ensure seamless internet access.
- Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including but not limited to projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
- Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
- Aid VIP users in navigating and utilizing Google Suite and / or Microsoft Office 365 applications effectively.
