For our office in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a
Junior) IT Manager (m / f / d)
IT specialist, IT administrator, IT support specialist, system administrator, IT support engineer, IT security administrator or similar)
As an IT Manager (m / f / d) you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network components, ad hoc and remotely.
Your goal is to ensure efficient, secure and trouble-free operation of local networks and computer systems by providing quality support to end users.
Your tasks
- System support for PCs, servers and workstations, including software patching and updates
- Network support and maintenance : support for network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and infrastructure (LAN, VPN, wireless networks, etc.)
- Security management : implementation of cybersecurity best practices to protect data and infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyberattacks
- Tracking the life cycle of hardware and software and cost-effective maintenance of the IT inventory portfolio
