Office Administrator
HEGGEL® GmbH , a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, is seeking a highly motivated office administrator to join its team. As a valued and important member in the fast-growing business, you will be expected to work cross-functionally and flexibly, handle the responsibilities in a structured and autonomous manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organization permanently functioning routines and optimization of existing work processes for the smooth running of the office
- Contact / cooperation with service providers, suppliers and authorities
- Order and shipment processing
- Preparing accounting documents for the tax advisor as well as creating offers, invoices, packing lists / delivery notes and tracking incoming and outgoing payments
- Management of payments to suppliers and service providers
- Cooperation with different departments and ensuring smooth communication between the departments
- Support of the management in all organizational and administrative tasks
- Personnel management support
