We offer flexibility with remote work, but onsite presence will be required once a week for team collaboration. You'll be joining a dynamic team that highly values teamwork and cooperation. As Klar's senior brand designer, you will be responsible for developing a visual language that communicates Klar's values in a clear and inspiring way to an emerging market audience. This includes... Learning about the financial challenge people experience in LATAM countries Understanding how technology can create critical value in this field Designing a communication that helps to create trust in the audience we serve In this role, you will work with… Various stakeholders from the marketing team to product design. We also collaborate with talented studios, agencies and freelancers around the world, where your input is key to develop a consistent brand experience to our users. Requirements In the past few years, the Brand team has worked very hard to develop a brand identity that stands out amongst the fintech landscape in Mexico and beyond. In 2025 we are going bigger in the market, launching new campaigns, products and brand experiences to grow our brand awareness. Your challenge is to refine and extend Klar’s visual language that reflects its technological leadership and effect on people's daily lives. You will be touching everything from OOH to video campaigns to motion design, 3D production and app experience. What we are looking for Technical (hard skills) Strong knowledge in Layout, Composition, Color and Typography. Good methodical understanding about design processes. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient Level Experience in Figma. Understanding of processes and tools in a tech Setup. Illustration, motion and 3D skills a plus. Inclusion of AI tools in work. Non-technical (soft skills) Proactive working attitude. Collaborative work processes and techniques. Good level of project organisation and methodical workflow. At the cutting edge of developments within the design space. Ability to pick up skills, trends, and tools fast. Respectful and open-minded approach to feedback. Working experience in a start-up environment a plus. Teamwork.
