  • Monitor participation and compliance across workshops, counseling milestones, Capstone activities, hiring events, and other TAP requirements.
  • Maintain accurate information within Army and IMCOM-designated systems, reporting tools, trackers, calendars, and databases.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Installation Manager (CIM), Installation TAP Manager, command representatives, public affairs personnel, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of hiring events, career fairs, outreach campaigns, employment readiness activities, and public awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct post-event analysis, collect participant and stakeholder feedback, and provide recommendations to improve future events and program activities.
  • Support administration of participant assessments, surveys, attendance tracking, records management, and required program documentation.
  • Assist with facility coordination, classroom scheduling, audiovisual support, equipment management, and logistical requirements for TAP events and services.
  • Provide timely visibility into performance trends, scheduling conflicts, participation gaps, emerging challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership audiences.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partner organizations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required Government suitability, installation access, Common Access Card (CAC), and system access.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with workforce development, employment readiness, and military transition programs.
  • Experience developing performance dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations.
  • Knowledge of military installation operations and command structures.

  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and leadership briefings.
  • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, reporting systems, or other information management tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience preparing command briefings, performance dashboards, analytics reports, and event outcome summaries.
  • Experience utilizing Government systems of record, reporting portals, or installation-level tracking tools.
