Our innovative approach uses advanced data collection to increase the efficiency of our machine learning analyses and monitor comprehensive refurbishment projects. Our aim is not only to provide urban development proposals, but also a comprehensive project development calculation that takes into account financial aspects such as rents, construction costs, tax benefits and government subsidies for energy-efficient refurbishments. This enables us to quickly generate economic forecasts that support investment decisions in the refurbishment sector.

Position overview

ENERsyte is a special research project. It focuses on building a prototype for a product in a user-centric and iterative way. Thus the nature of the project is a magic symbiosis of research and agile product development.

As the Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable pipelines to process data and compute ML models. To achieve this, you will be researching and applying the latest technological standards. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, software engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of our data. Your expertise in data engineering and best practices will be essential in optimizing performance and enabling our ambitious AI projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines to process data and run machine learning models
• Build and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions
• Research and apply the latest cutting edge standards for building scalable data infrastructures in the cloud
• Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions

Die Softwarelösung macht Daten in Echtzeit verfügbar und ermöglicht es Immobilienentwicklern, Investoren und Architekten, das volle Baupotenzial eines Grundstücks innerhalb weniger Sekunden zu erfassen. Durch KI-Berechnungen zeigt syte in kürzester Zeit neben Baupotenzialen auch die wirtschaftlichen Potenziale von Grundstücken auf. Unter Berücksichtigung von Baurecht, Abstandsflächen, klimatischen Einflüssen und Wirtschaftlichkeit errechnet syte unter Einbeziehung der umgebenden Bebauung die maximal mögliche Auslastung für ein Grundstück.

Mit syte wird es sehr einfach, potenzielle Grundstücke und Gebäude zur Nachverdichtung (ohne neue Versiegelung) zu erkennen – in einer direkten Suche oder über eine Gebietssuche.
